Ruggell, Liechtenstein, 28.01.2025 – RM Equity Partners (RMEP), a leading European investor in digital business, today announced the successful sale of its shares in Camplify Holdings Ltd, headquartered in Newcastle, Australia.
RMEP became a shareholder in Camplify in December 2022 following Camplify’s acquisition of PaulCamper, a Berlin-based camper-sharing platform that was part of RMEP’s portfolio.
During RMEP’s investment period, Camplify expanded its customer base, strengthened its platform capabilities, and positioned itself as a leader in the recreational vehicle sharing economy.
